badbat Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and badbat ("badbat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online cricket betting and casino platform accessible at badbat.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on badbat, you confirm that you have read and agreed to every provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the badbat platform.

badbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the badbat platform, including but not limited to: account registration and management, sports betting activity, casino game play, deposit and withdrawal transactions, bonus and promotion participation, and all communications with badbat's customer support team.

badbat operates as an online betting and gaming entertainment platform targeting adult players located in Bangladesh. All services offered by badbat are provided solely for entertainment purposes. badbat does not guarantee any financial return on betting or gaming activity, and it is acknowledged by all users that gambling involves risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or assured.

The language of this Agreement, and of all communications between badbat and its players, is English. Where any translation of this document is provided for reference purposes, the English version shall always take precedence in the event of any discrepancy or dispute.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a badbat account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. badbat operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual person. Corporate, business, or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of badbat or any of its technology, payment, or game-provider partners.

badbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested will result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration & User Obligations

Each player is permitted to hold one single badbat account only. Creating multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts") for any reason — including circumventing a suspension, claiming a bonus more than once, or hedging bets across accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

Your account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact badbat support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Player obligations under this Agreement include, but are not limited to:

• Using the badbat platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• Not using any software, script, bot, spider, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the badbat platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Not attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of badbat's technology infrastructure, games, or odds-setting systems.
• Not using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Not engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that constitutes sports corruption.
• Complying with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of badbat.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on badbat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳500. Deposits credited within 60 seconds.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳500. Zero fees on all transactions.
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳500. Deposits processed within 1–3 minutes.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳500. Deposits credited within 1–5 minutes.
• Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Supports BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and all major BD commercial banks. Processing time 10–30 minutes.
• Visa / Mastercard — Minimum deposit ৳1,000. International debit and credit cards. Processing within 1–5 minutes.

Deposits are subject to a maximum limit per transaction and per day, details of which are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. badbat does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which badbat accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account (i.e., funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash number), unless specific written authorisation is granted by badbat's payments team.

badbat reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification has not been completed or documents have not been approved.
• The account is under investigation for suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or potential fraud.
• The player has active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements that affect the withdrawable balance.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the daily or weekly limit applicable to the player's account tier.

05 Betting Rules & Sports Wagering

All bets placed on badbat's sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all sports markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until badbat's system has accepted it and issued a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to system errors, connectivity issues, or odds changes are void and any funds deducted are returned to the player's account balance.

Odds Changes: In-play and pre-match odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is submitted are not guaranteed; the final accepted odds are those confirmed at the point of system acceptance. badbat uses best-odds acceptance where possible during pre-match betting windows.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in any of the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is completed.
• The bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error by badbat's trading team.
• Regulatory or governing-body intervention results in the invalidation of the relevant sporting result.
• Evidence of match-fixing or corruption is confirmed by a recognised sports integrity body in relation to the event in question.

Maximum Winnings: badbat sets maximum payout limits per bet and per sport. The applicable limits are displayed within each market. badbat reserves the right to limit a player's maximum stake or payout at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Cricket-Specific Rules: For BPL and IPL in-play markets, ball-by-ball bets are settled based on the official score as confirmed by the relevant cricket board (BCB for BPL, BCCI for IPL). In the event of a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method application due to weather interruption, markets are settled in accordance with the DLS-adjusted target and result.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

badbat offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the point of issue, which form part of this Agreement. The following general bonus rules apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–15%, and sports bets contribute 100% subject to minimum odds conditions. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• badbat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will have a reasonable period to meet the wagering requirements before the bonus is removed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion's terms.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

badbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Confirmed underage gambling (player found to be under 18 years of age).
• Duplicate account creation.
• Use of prohibited software or technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engagement in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward badbat staff or other platform users.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under badbat's responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed by badbat due to a material breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting badbat's customer support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. 08 Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badbat's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's badbat account at the time the relevant claim arises.

badbat shall not be liable for any of the following, even if advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings from betting or gaming activity.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside badbat's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers used in the settlement of in-play markets.

badbat makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that live markets will be offered for every scheduled fixture, or that any specific game or feature will remain available indefinitely. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and good faith. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through badbat's internal complaints procedure will be subject to final and binding arbitration. All dispute communications shall be conducted in English and all monetary references shall be denominated in BDT.

Complaints & Disputes: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the badbat platform or the application of these Terms & Conditions, you must first submit your complaint to badbat's customer support team in writing via email at [email protected]. badbat will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days of receipt.
